Katerina is an Associate Professor in Cognitive Neuroscience and Neuropsychology at the School of Psychology at the University of Leeds and a Visiting Associate Professor in Psychology at Carnegie Mellon University. She is particularly interested in linking her research on the semantics and pragmatics of language to applied contexts such as the education sector (how children learn to read and understand context successfully) and to broader outcomes relating to health and wellbeing.
