Shania is currently a MSc Student at the University of Bradford in Social Sciences Research in Healthcare. Her previous research focus has been towards Physically Active Learning in primary schools increasing children’s attentional control and in-class behaviour. Her future research focus during her PhD will be addressing the current health and well-being issues that influence healthy living for children within Bradford’s local community, by bringing local groups to the table and co-creating the development of greenspace infrastructure.
Shania was part of a Guinness World Record of the most people playing hopscotch simultaneously. The attempt was made to inspire people to be more active and highlight the importance of physical activity.
